Accommodation

For international learners and learners who will have to live away from home, the college offers every assistance to support learners, parents and/or guardians to find suitable accommodation e.g. flat/house shares.

Once learners have registered their place at The Centre PAC, a list of accommodation is made available as part of our induction pack, The Principal will personally vet accommodation if requested.

Learner Support

As a small independent college, The Centre PAC prides itself on being able to develop and maintain a strong relationship with each individual learner and as such offers the following:

  • Pastoral care tutorials when needed.
  • Academic support on a 1-2-1 or small group basis if required.
  • Onsite – Fitness, strength, conditioning and flexibility training.
  • Onsite – Nutritional guidance and weight control management
  • Onsite – Injury diagnosis and treatment
  • Onsite – Meditation/mindfulness and wellbeing sessions.

The Centre PAC is delighted to offer the above in collaboration with our partners through our Rehab Programme.

Learners have weekly access to onsite injury diagnosis and rehabilitation, sports specific treatments and health & nutrition advice through 8th Element, a sports and exercise specialist company designed to improve athletic performance, recovery and rehabilitation times.

Sports injury analysis – providing clinical assessment and rehabilitation where appropriate.
Sports massage – specifically tailored to each learners needs, aiming to reduce recovery times, aid rehabilitation and enhance performance.
Health check – providing learners with a greater understanding of their specific body composition. The fully inclusive individual consultation, analysis and advice, helps to educate learners on how to enhance and optimise their current training and nutritional regime, resulting in improved physical fitness and performance.
Nutrition – Supplying tailored advice to learners, allowing them to achieve their nutritional goals.
Workshops – Supplying workshops and documentation, demonstrating how to prevent and minimise injuries.

Learners will have access to strength and conditioning support through Core The Gym. Core is a revolutionary training facility, with a comprehensive range of equipment and a dedicated team of coaches who will help learners to set and reach their individual goals.

Pilates through Life is a Yoga and Pilates studio that will offer wellbeing sessions to learners focussing on breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation. Meditation is the space between our thoughts and a time to practice feeling content in the moment we are in.  It relieves stress and anxiety and creates a feeling of calm.
